Used vehicle information buyers should request
Used vehicles must be reviewed individually. Generic model descriptions do not establish the mileage, condition, registration history or inspection status of a specific unit.
Vehicle identity
- VIN or chassis number, make, model, trim and model year
- First registration date and current registration status
- Energy type, steering position and key configuration
Mileage and operating history
Request the displayed mileage, available service information and any evidence used to support the mileage statement. Clarify whether the vehicle has been used privately, commercially or as part of a fleet where known.
Condition and damage information
- Exterior, interior, tyres, glass and lighting
- Powertrain, battery or engine, braking and steering observations
- Known accident, repair, repaint, flood, fire or structural information
- Diagnostic warnings, missing equipment and visible defects
Inspection scope
Confirm who performs the inspection, when it is performed, what the report covers and whether photos, video, diagnostics or third-party inspection can be requested. An inspection is only meaningful when its scope is clearly defined.
Documents and export readiness
Ask which ownership, registration, customs, inspection and export documents can be supplied for the quoted vehicle. Destination-country eligibility remains a buyer-side matter unless expressly included in the agreed service scope.

Comparing the same identity, mileage, condition, damage, inspection and document fields across vehicles reduces inconsistent purchasing decisions.
