Questions from B2B vehicle and parts buyers

Answers below describe the website workflow. Product, legal and commercial details remain subject to a specific written quotation and agreement.

Is lmdauto.shop an online store?

No. It is a B2B catalog and inquiry website. There is no retail checkout or online payment workflow.

Does “Available” mean guaranteed live inventory?

No. Supply status is an initial catalog indicator and must be reconfirmed when the RFQ is reviewed.

What information is needed for a vehicle quote?

Brand/model, variant, model year, new/used condition, energy type, steering position, quantity, destination and target timing.

What information is needed for a used-car inquiry?

Preferred models and years, mileage/condition limits, quantity, destination and the inspection or document information you require.

Can you find a part from a VIN?

VIN information can help, but make/model/year, configuration, OEM reference and clear photos may also be required. Full VIN details should be shared privately after qualification.

Do you supply OEM parts?

OEM, aftermarket or used classification is confirmed per item. “OEM” is not assumed from a part name or image.

Can vehicles and spare parts be quoted together?

Yes. Add items from both catalogs or list them in one project RFQ. Each item is still verified separately.

Can you arrange vehicle inspection?

Available inspection scope depends on the specific vehicle, location and agreed service. Ask for the exact report and evidence available.

Which Incoterms are supported?

EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR or another basis may be discussed, subject to the product, route and quotation.

Do you guarantee destination-country registration?

No. Buyers must confirm local import and registration requirements. Product information can be provided for the buyer’s review.

How quickly will I receive a response?

Response time depends on the completeness and complexity of the request. The website does not publish an unverified response-time guarantee.

How do I start?

Use the RFQ form and include the product, quantity, destination and any technical or document requirements.

Still have a product-specific question?

Send the model, part number, VIN reference or procurement list.
